Flat Bellow Nabell has their Flat Bellows designed to solve the bellows “pop up”during compression and “sagging” during extension. It enhances the bellows’ shape retention.
Roll Screens Nabell uses aluminium drum in their Roll Screens to reduce the weight and sound of the screen covers.
Armoured Covers (Stahlflex, VS Armour) Stahlflex covers are manufactured by Nabell under the license of MoellerWerke GmbH, Germany and offer features such as high speed/high acceleration and replaceable components

VSArmor covers equipped with stainless steel slats that are good for a space saving design and highly resistant to chips and debris and used to protect the machines working points.
Apron Covers Nabell’s Apron covers use extruded aluminium and coolant resistant HNBR rubber.These covers are suitable for vertical or horizontal applications requiring coverage with a radius of 30° or more.They are available in sizes up to 1,500mm widex 1,000mm long

Multi- Layer Folding Bellows The Multi-Layer Folding Bellows are available from the ingenuity of Nabell’s unique manufacturing processes and proprietary materials. The Multi-Layer construction consisting of the outer fabric, core material(s),and inner fabric.The bellows can be customised to meet with environmental and application requirements.
Gate-shaped Sewn Bellows These bellows are an excellent alternative when the design calls for more than one of our Folding styles,such as high-temperature resistance.
AF Bellows: Thermal-Weld bellows Nabell manufactured these bellows under the license of MoellerWerke GmbH, Germany.

This style of bellows is made by Thermal-Welding a single layer of material to the outer profile of a PVC stiffener.With a PVC stiffener welded at each fold and the internal profile cuts to the guide or linear rail, the bellows are capable of working in all directions and upside-down. SUS slats are added to each ridge of bellows for severe protection.

Folding Bellows (Multi-Layer) Nabell’s Multi-Layer construction consisting of the outer fabric, corematerial(s), and inner fabric.By changing the number of layers and the combination of fabrics, the customised bellows can meet with the environmental and other application requirements.
Optical Bellows The manufacturing of camera bellows is Nabell’s origin.The production of Optical Bellows utilised Multi-Layer construction and proprietary materials.These materials are excellent for light shielding, durability and aesthetics. These bellows have passed light-shielding tests of 30,000lux with ASA3000 Film for a period of 30 minutes.

IR (Ring Inserted) Bellows IR bellows are generally for covering ball screws and shafts.They are impact-resistant construction.Heat resistance and chemical resistance are available.
WR (Welded Round) Bellows WR Bellows are made by doughnut-shaped polyurethane sheets that are stacked on top of each other and welded around the inner and outer perimeters by a high-frequency welding process.

WR Bellows are of high elastic construction, are completely sealed and generate few particles. They are made utilising a proprietary materialthatNabelldeveloped with anti-static and flame retardant properties for clean room applications with Scara Robots
SS (Sewn Shape) Bellows SS Bellows are suitable for the specifications that take advantage of material features such as heat resistance, chemical resistance. SS bellows are generally for materials that NOT for adhesive, high-frequency sealing or thermal welding

Laser Path Bellow offers reflective plates to help prevent burnout and the occurrence of re-strike.There are extra burnout sensors for extreme cases. Nabell was recognised for this technology and elected to the prestigious “300 of Japan’s Dynamic Monodzukuri (Manufacturing)SMEs” by Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry in 2007. Many laser manufacturers, worldwide, are now requiring Nabell’s designs
