Solution with Omron’s Vision system and DH Robotics Dexterous Hand DH-5-6
This project integrates the Omron VHV5 and FHV7 vision systems to guide a DH Robotics Dexterous Hand in a complex inspection and handling cell. The VHV5 provides rapid, reliable presence verification and coarse positioning, while the FHV7 delivers high-resolution imaging for fine feature inspection and precise coordinate mapping. This visual data drives the dexterous hand to perform nuanced tasks such as picking non-rigid parts, performing light assembly, or sorting items based on multi-point quality checks, all within a single, automated work cell.
